Vinhós is an old Portuguese parish in the municipality of Peso da Régua, with an area of 8.47 km² and 499 inhabitants (2011). Due to the last administrative reorganization of the territory of the parishes, this parish together with the parish of Moura Morta (Peso da Régua) became the Union of Parishes of Moura Morta and Vinhós with its executive headquarters in Moura Morta.

It is likely that the Templars were in Moura Morta until 1319, when D. Diniz, by order of Pope Clement V, dissolved the Order of Malta. At that time, this parish included the places that on the east side extended to Ariz, which were detached, giving rise to the parish of Loureiro.
