Details:- Rustic campsite with more than 20 places for tents 
caravans and motorhomes. The site has several levels, creating space and privacy for customers. The pitches are equipped with a wooden deck and electricity. There is a wooden trailer and a little wooden house to rent for those who want to enjoy a little more space. 

The campsite consists of 3 wooden buildings and one of traditional construction, which includes: a reception, toilet, bar/games room with terrace, kitchen and very spacious toilet block with heating.
There is also a one-bedroom flat for permanent living. The flat has a bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, open-plan lounge and kitchen and a good-sized covered terrace that can be used to extend the house. It would be easy to convert into a 2-bedroom apartment with two en-suite bedrooms and a larger living room or even a 3-bedroom apartment.
 
The campsite is fully fenced and operational and is mostly run by two people. It is a well-organised and successful company with a very good turnover and great potential for expansion. The campsite has existed since 2004 and has an ROI of 10 per cent per year.

The success of the campsite is due to its unique location, in the middle of nature and adjacent to the river where you can swim in complete privacy. At the same time, it has very good access to the IC1 motorway, which is central to the south of Portugal and just 45 minutes by car from Albufeira and the Algarvian beaches.
