The campsite consists of 3 wooden buildings and one of traditional construction, which includes: a reception, toilet, bar/games room with terrace, kitchen and very spacious toilet block with heating.There is also a one-bedroom flat for permanent living. The flat has a bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, open-plan lounge and kitchen and a good-sized covered terrace that can be used to extend the house. It would be easy to convert into a 2-bedroom apartment with two en-suite bedrooms and a larger living room or even a 3-bedroom apartment. The campsite is fully fenced and operational and is mostly run by two people. It is a well-organised and successful company with a very good turnover and great potential for expansion.
