2 bedroom villa located in the heart of downtown Olhão, just a few minutes from the Marina and the Markets. 

This house has been completely renovated leaving a very traditional style and using typically Algarve materials and finishes, giving it a great charm and authenticity.

The house consists of 3 levels. On the ground floor, we find the living room and dining room with the traditional oval-shaped ceilings, a part of which is covered with typical Algarve brick. Also on the floor was placed the brick of Santa Catarina, which characterises the region. On one of the walls there is a wooden door that serves as storage. Next door we find the kitchen, very functional, equipped, and with plenty of natural light. The bathroom with shower that still exists on this floor also maintains the traditional style.

On the second level of the house, we find an interior bedroom and also a large bedroom with excellent natural light. This room has a compartment that can be used as a second bathroom or as a walk-in closet.
On the third level of the house, we find a small compartment, which can be used as an office, storage, or even as a small bedroom. This compartment has direct access to the terrace, on the roof terrace. This terrace, with a very pleasant space, has a bench with barbecue and washbasin, ideal for enjoying the good weather and having meals outdoors, enjoying the views of the picturesque streets that characterise this city. Above this terrace, and being very traditional in these houses, there is another terrace that serves as a viewpoint where we have an excellent view of the city and also of the Ria Formosa.

The house has pre-installation of air conditioning. The façade has been maintained with the traditional style that characterises so many of these streets of Olhão.
