The office is located on the first floor. It is part of a building constructed in 2003, and consists of a semi-underground floor for a garage and four floors above ground for offices. In the same building we have two more offices, with different areas (the smaller one with a terrace), also available for rent. Structure in reinforced concrete lined and polished granite and facades in aluminum and glass. Access through a central block, with atriums on all floors, stairs and two elevators. All floors have emergency exits to exterior emergency stairs. Atriums and stairs clad in polished granite. Interiors generally in open-space, but with several insulated rooms with lacquered aluminum partitions and glass or plasterboard. All these divisions are movable and can be changed or removed. False ceiling with recessed lighting and elevated technical floor in wood. Central air conditioning reinforced by individual air conditioning in the rooms. Parking with 3 spaces in the garage and 2 exterior. The location is privileged as it is very close and easily accessible to the A5 motorway to Lisbon and Cascais.
