Each of the dwellings has its individual access to the autonomous house, with a small private pool in the patio, sharing the parking basement which is a condominium space.

The project foresees the creation of a total of 12 dwellings (1 below the maximum limit), 4 of which are T3 houses and the remaining 8 are T5. 
Each of these dwellings corresponds to a duplex dwelling, with a social area and a bedroom on the ground floor.
In the central area of the project, a condominium space is planned, where it is intended to create an indoor swimming pool with the respective changing rooms, a multipurpose room and a small gym room.

All rooms have a private staircase connecting to the basement parking lots. 
The basement of the building occupies 2,085.3 m2 of the plot and provides for the creation of 24 parking spaces, corresponding to 2 parking lots for each of the building's dwellings.
