The bubgalows are built with 80% local and ecological materials from Portugal, and everything has been designed to create an optimized place for holidays or living (all year round). The modern, minimalist furniture, made from healthy materials, is mainly produced locally in the north of Portugal. The electricity and water project was designed to avoid as much as possible the irradiation of electromagnetic fields inside the house. A geobiologist and feng shui consultant has enabled the creation of healthy, energizing and relaxing villas.
The house is located among pine trees, oaks, chestnut trees, fig trees... And is integrated into nature on a two-hectare plot of land with an agritourism project integrated into the landscape.
They are small houses with 2 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, a bathroom and a living room with a built-in and open kitchen. The living room and bedrooms have large windows with direct access to the deck, which is elevated and offers panoramic views of the surroundings.
Each house has a garden area for exclusive/private use measuring around 120m2 and there is the option of installing a small swimming pool.

These houses have three different price options, finishes and equipment:
1- 336,000: just the house with the deck, without kitchen or furniture or equipment.
2- 354,000: house, deck, equipped kitchen, furniture/decor and air conditioning.
3- 363,000: house, deck, equipped kitchen, furniture/decor, air conditioning, swimming pool and elaborate garden.
