The property is situated on the slope of Foia with a magnificent view of the Picota mountain and ocean. Quinta is very close to the center of Monchique only 1 km walking distance. 

The property has a total of 3 separate units, which can be used as individual rental cottages, ideally combined in the middle of mature gardens, with plenty of privacy and has easy access. 

The main house, adjacent to this cottage is a laid out on two floors.  The living room boasts high ceilings and a lovely fireplace and connects to the rustic style kitchen. There is also a terrace with a fully removable glass divider, ideal for a winter room. There are two bedrooms (one ensuite and one additional bathroom), and a separate suite accessed from the garden.  

The first cottage, is a one bedroom unit, which is connected by a roofed terrace to the main house. It has a small living area with a kitchen and bathroom.  There is a mezzanine with a bedroom and library. 

The heated swimming pool and sauna are accessed by both the main house and the guest cottage.

Another separate cottage (placed in a separate parcel of land) , is a traditional Portuguese house with blue window frames, features an open-plan kitchen, a living room, a walk-through room/ office, leading to a bedroom and a bathroom. 

This is a property to fully enjoy nature at its best, complete with peacefulness, fruit trees and a water pond.  An ideal setting for a rural tourism retreat.
