The project comprises 4 floors, recently approved for a total of 59 accommodation units, and is divided into two sections: the larger volume facing Largo 5 de Outubro and another facing west, connected through a pedestrian tunnel on the second floor.

Each room has an average area of 25m2 and is prepared to accommodate up to 118 guests.
