Details:- In the Northeast of the national territory, integrated in the district of Bragança, the municipality of Mogadouro borders Spain along the Douro River. Embedded between the deep valley of the Douro and the Sabor basin, it occupies the extension of the Mirandês Plateau, which, in turn, follows the Leonês Plateau (Zamora and Salamanca region)
The main rivers that cross the municipality are the Douro River to the southeast, the Sabor River to the west, the AppleS River and the Angueira River to the northeast.
The Douro International Natural Park is located in the municipality of Mogadouro, 
Situated in the heart of the Mirandês Plateau, Mogadouro currently enjoys a good road network. The IC5, which crosses the county, gives access to the A4 via structuring connection to Porto. This itinerary also allows you to connect with neighboring Spain through Miranda do Douro. The IC5 also intersects with the IP2, which allows the interior connection up to the A25.
With the current road network it is possible to make road connections between Mogadouro and Porto in two hours, to Lisbon or Madrid in just over four.
Mogadouro is served by some connections. The Bus Terminal (Central Trucking) station is located in the center of the village, making this a good alternative to reach this village of the transmontano interior.

Housing composed of basement, ground floor, first and second floor. In the basement garage with space for 3 cars, on the ground floor ample space ideal for trade or services.
