Part of the Bragança district, the municipality of Mogadouro borders Spain along the River Douro. The main rivers that cross the municipality are the River Douro to the south-east, the River Sabor to the west, the River Maçãs and the River Angueira to the north-east. The Douro International Natural Park is located in the municipality of Mogadouro. Situated in the heart of the Mirandês Plateau, Mogadouro currently enjoys a good road network. The Ic5, which runs through the municipality, gives access to the A4 motorway linking it to Porto. The Ic5 also intersects with the Ip2, which provides an inland connection to the A25. With the current road network, it is possible to make road connections between Mogadouro and Porto in two hours, to Lisbon or Madrid in just over four. The house consists of three floors: a semi-underground basement where there is a garage, storage and an interior staircase leading to the upper floors. The ground floor consists of a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a distribution area and stairs leading to the first floor. The first floor consists of a bathroom, four bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Access to the house on the ground floor is via an external staircase. For comfort, there is a pellet boiler for heating and the Dhw is prepared using a natural gas-fuelled exhaust heater. There are also two split-type air conditioning systems for climate control. ref: 132449
