Located in the heart of Príncipe Real, this 19th century mansion has an imposing entrance that leads into a hall with a period marble floor and original stone arches.To the right, there is access to the dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry, storage areas and an elevator. At the entrance, we also find an office that was formerly a chapel, while to the left there is an area that is now a two-bedroom apartment with an independent entrance. The majestic staircase leading to the second floor is adorned with richly carved walls and ceilings, and an impressive 15-meter-high skylight lets in light, creating a unique atmosphere.

The second floor of the palace houses several reception rooms, a library, a living room and a reading room. All these rooms have ceilings over 4.5 meters high, decorated with elaborate plasterwork elements, and the floors are made of solid hardwood.
