This house is a renovated manor house from the fifteenth century and at the end of the nineteenth century, it presents buildings from different eras that have been juxtaposed over time, between the fifteenth and twentieth centuries. The building, which has been added over time, at different times, is now a panoply of architectural styles and languages. It has in its general composition a U-shaped floor plan spread over two floors. Without great formalisms and very close to what is familiar to us, this space is a harmonious junction between the traditional and the modern, the rustic and the urban, the tranquility and the animation. The Development is located in the Douro Demarcated Region, which given its unique natural characteristics for the production of wines of excellence and its long history a true human epic materializes the assumptions of this challenge, constituting, naturally, a theme and a destination of choice for the national tourist offer.
