The project is scheduled for completion in 2024.The new residential development included 14 T1 typologies, 20 T2 typologies, one T2+1 typology and 23 T3 typologies.The blocks will be joined by the basement floor for car parking, condominium room and another gym room.The rooms will face east, to Rua Antnio da Costa Guimares that embraces the building from the front, in all its length .The condominium project foresees two entrances, one of which takes advantage of an old tank of the extinct textile company, transforming it into a water mirror.
