Granite secular house to rehabilitate

Imposing secular granite house, it was once the main building of Quinta do Sobrão, a large property at the entrance of Paços de Ferreira that stretched along a stream.

A few minutes from the city center, this property has three fronts, one facing Av. Do Sobrão to the north, another facing Travessa Além do Regato to the east, and another facing the stream to the west.

Acquired in 1945 by the family of the current owners, the building has housed since then, until the recent past, as the headquarters of a local recreational club and a restaurant space.
 
The two-story building has implantation of 278m2 (556.5m2 of gross construction area), and a walled patio on its right, delimited by the stream, with 371m2.
