Located just 8min by walk from Matosinhos beach, allows you to feel the old city vibe on your way to the ocean!<br /><br />A bright, peaceful and simple small apartment that provides you everything that you might need for your stay.<br /><br />A double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a couch to chill, an hammock to relax, a full-equipped kitchen to prepare meals and a big window to let the sun in!<br /><br />Set on a building with 4 floors, the apartment it's on the second floor and there's an elevator.<br /><br />The kitchen provides all you need. You can find a dining table for 4 people, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, combined cylinder and double refrigerator. In the bathroom there's a bathtub with shower, shampoo, shower gel, soap (provided upon arrival, replacement is not included) and hair dryer. There's also a blackout curtain to block the light in the bedroom and a ceiling fan. We have beach towels and a sun umbrella!<br />Free portable unlimited WIFI. Free parking on the side street.<br />Metro station just outside the building.<br /><br />The studio is located in the old part of Matosinhos town. The distance from Porto city is just 30 minutes by metro or 15 minutes by car.<br /><br />The price includes all the utilities : electricity, water, WiFi and a weekly house cleaning. Bed linen and towels are also provided. <br /><br />House rules: Pets allowed upon approval. Smoking is not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Silent hours fm: 22:00h till 08:00h
