Identification and uses 1 Mixed green areas correspond to areas with a vocation for recreation and leisure or for environmental integration into potential urban routes, which are of interest for landscape qualification. 2 Mixed green areas also include free areas without construction, located within blocks, sometimes cultivated and/or forested. 3 These areas may assume the status of green areas for collective use, in which case they shall be regulated by the provisions of Section II of this chapter. Article 91. Building regime Mixed green areas only allow buildings to support agricultural activity, where present, and their enjoyment as recreational activity areas, with the facade height of new constructions not exceeding 1 floor or 5 meters and the area of soil sealing not exceeding 5% of the area of the property included in the relevant category. SECTION II Green Areas for Collective Use Article 84. Identification and uses 1 Existing and planned green areas for collective use include public gardens, urban parks, squares, and private areas for collective use structuring urban clusters. 2 These areas are intended for recreational, tourist, sports, and cultural uses, not susceptible to other uses, and have a complementary function of environmental and landscape qualification of the urban territory. Article 85.
