Rustic land with 4 hectares, located in Paimogo, next to the Maimogo Fort and Areia Branca beach.The land borders directly on the Atlantic Ocean, with more than 100 metres of sea frontage and a depth of around 400 metres in the east / west direction. It is located +- 70 km north of Lisbon, less than an hour away in the municipality of Lourinh. It is served by a tarmac road along the seafront in a northerly/southerly direction from Praia da Areia Branca to the Paimogo fort and by a tarmac road in an easterly/ westerly direction from national road no. 247 (Lourinh/Peniche) to the Paimogo fort adjacent to the land. It has a landline telephone and electricity with poles on the land. The only thing missing is piped water.
