1- In medium density areas, the standard typology of building occupation, when it is not a consolidated urban front or a situation of clogging, obeys the following rules:
a) Isolated buildings or group of buildings adjoining each other with a housing component, in which case the depth between the main and rear facades furthest from each other cannot be greater than 15m.
b) Isolated buildings without a housing component, and the depth between the main and rear facades furthest from each other cannot be greater than 20m.
c) Maximum number of floors completely open above ground: 2.
d) Maximum total height of any of the facades: 9.
e) Alignment of the facade with a minimum distance of 5m in relation to the axis of the public road adjacent to the end of the building.
f) Minimum distance to the extreme sides: 3m, except when dealing with a gable in a semi-detached building or in a continuous band or in cases where the configuration of the plot or the type of land makes it manifestly impossible to comply with, as long as they are not harmed the buildability, health and safety conditions of adjacent plots or lots:
g) Maximum soil waterproofing index: 0.7.
2  Without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraph, in medium density areas the minimum permissible building capacity is that resulting from the application of the following
parameters:
a) Gross utilization index: 0.60 
b) Net utilization index: 0.80 
c) Covered area index: 0.50.
