Paradise in the middle of the AtlanticSet of houses is located in the parish of So Martinho, municipality of Funchal, in a tourist area, where its surroundings are dominated by hotels, accommodation and some commercial units.The area is served by good pedestrian and road accessibility, as well as public transport.ArchitectureThe Casas Brancas development is located on a plot of about 3, 322 m2, consisting of 11 houses, with typologies T3 and T4, with construction areas from 273.00m2 to 423.00m2.From the implantation, a better optimization and use of the morphology of the land was sought, with the aim of improving not only the use of this space but also creating new and correct street fronts with an adequate scale.For this to happen, it was decided to maintain the morphology of the land in the areas that flank the built bodies, implanted at predominant level levels, thus leaving the rest of the land as natural as possible. Luxury in FunchalThe intervention in staggered objects develops along the axis of the land in a north-south direction, thus allowing a better dilution of the construction.In this way, the development consists of six volumes inserted in three levels, forming a total of 11 houses.
