With two bedroom with double bed, two bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has the capacity to accommodate four people.<br />For those who like to enjoy a good time of relaxation, you can enjoy the pleasant communal terrace, available on the rooftop of the building, which has a kitchen, so you can cook your meals.<br />On the same terrace there is a common laundry room to the building.<br /><br />THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW<br />Drapes is situated in a privileged central area, right in the heart of Funchal. Within a few steps from the famous Farmers’ Market (Mercado dos Lavradores) and the historic centre of Funchal (locally known as ‘Zona Velha’), from here you can explore by foot many of the main tourist attractions of our beautiful town. (e.g. The Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Cathedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc ...)<br />Just right in front of the building you have an excellent connection to the local and intercity bus network, connecting you to all places in the island, and covering both the east and west regions, so that it will not be necessary to go far in case you want to benefit from these services. In addition to these facilities, the building has a shopping centre with several shops, cafés, restaurants and a medium-sized supermarket.<br /><br />GETTING AROUND<br />With a bus stop practically at the doorstep, transport will be no problem for our guests. <br />Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within 2 minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!<br /><br />GUEST ACCESS<br />Guests have access to all areas of the flat.<br /><br />OTHER OBSERVATIONS<br />- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).<br />- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.<br />- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.<br /><br />HOUSE RULES<br />We want you to feel right at home!
