A place to relax and listen to the sound of running water from the stream that flows through the property or take a dip in the plunge pool created by the current owners from a water tank filled from a natural water mine.

The land with an area of almost 20,000 sqm is very fertile because of the abundance of water. It has an abundance of fruit trees including pear, apple, plum, fig, lemon, orange, peach, and nectarine. There are also 40 olive trees and many herbs, shrubs, and plants. There are gardens and raised beds ideal for growing vegetables and lots of land for keeping animals such as chickens, goats, and sheep.

There are several stone buildings and as previously mentioned it is currently set up for rural tourism with several rental options as well as owner accommodation. There is also a cute tiny house and also hard standing for a few caravans. The buildings could easily be turned back into homes for extended family or a community of like-minded individuals if desired.

There are also communal areas including shower and toilet blocks and a washing area for clothes. 
There is a fabulous fully licensed industrial kitchen built by the owners just a few years ago which services the guests and all of the equipment is included in the sale. Meals are served on the covered terrace where the current owners entertain visitors and guests staying on the property. This area can accommodate more than 40 seated guests for breakfast, dinner, or other organised events.

The whole property oozes rustic charm and the owners have worked hard to make this beautiful landscape into a successful rural retreat.
