With two facades on emblematic streets of Lapa, and a third one overlooking a private area of approximately three hundred square meters, the Palace is an example of eclectic style, built in two phases. The ground floor was constructed in the 18th century, while the rest of the building was erected in the 19th century. Its solid structure allows for easy interior modifications.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a beautiful double-height hall, with ancient stone floors, 18th-century tiles, and a magnificent stone staircase leading to the first floor.
