Land + 5 villas with approved project

The project includes the construction of 5 villas, respecting the natural orientation of the land, East/West on the tops of the land.
In order to create a differentiating and refined environment, the architectural proposals also aim for full integration in the Unesco World Heritage Landscape, not only in the metrics used but also in the distribution on the land itself, a situation that recreates the geographical dispersion so characteristic of Pico Island.
In this way all the proposed villas enjoy a magnificent sunset and sea view to the west, and a sunrise and mountain view to the east.
