Please be mindful of the electricity, and you'll never feel restricted in your use. Don't worry if you book we'll guide you.<br /><br />The water comes from a well and is automatically refilled every day, in total, you'll have 2000l of water every day. Which is plenty.<br /><br />This house is perfect for people who want to immerse in nature and stay close to the beach.<br /><br />We made the house as comfortable as possible to meet your needs. A big sofa, 55-inch TV, and all imaginable kitchen utensils. All mattresses and pillows are memory foam. The towels are 100% cotton.<br /><br />You'll have the jacuzzi/ hot tub to enjoy during the day. But please bring your own beach towels. Or let me know if you can't we can provide some for you.<br /><br />The location is 5 min by car to the beaches of Costa da Caprica. <br />5 min drive to the street full of restaurants, local shops, fresh produce market, and supermarket. <br /><br />15 min drive from a shopping mall. <br />40 min by car to Lisbon.<br />50 min by car to Setubal and Arrabida where you'll find beaches without waves<br /><br />Please let me know if you're bringing your pet.<br />The house is fully fenced so it won't be able to escape. There are 2-3 dogs roaming around the closed condominium but they all have owners and are pet and people-friendly.<br /><br />IMPORTANT: You need to hire a car for this property if not you'll have to use UBER to go everywhere. It's possible to walk to the beach and some local restaurants but that's all.<br />Prices of Uber to and from airport range from 25 to 45 euros depedning on the traffic.
