This beautiful traditional villa was refurbished in 2004, retaining some original features. Located 5 minutes from the center of the picturesque village of São Brás de Alportel. It has a cozy and functional atmosphere, perfect for enjoying relaxing and cozy moments.

Living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen and dining room. The kitchen leads to a patio with barbecue where you can enjoy pleasant family moments. Two bedrooms, one of them with a small closet, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine that can be a third bedroom, or a leisure room.  Outside there is a large patio with regional tiles and a small bathroom with shower. It has a wooden house that is a small T1 with living room, kitchen and bathroom. It also has a storage room also made of wood. A small swimming pool on a wooden deck.

São Brás de Alportel is a quiet and quiet village with a welcoming population. The streets of white houses, in which the silhouette of the bell tower of the church and the shell of hills surrounding the village are simple attractions of São Brás de Alportel, a typical Algarve village.
