The land also has a ruin for total reconstruction, with a gross construction area of 336.30 m2, recorded in the documentation, allowing the house to be rebuilt immediately, as long as the same volume is maintained. This construction area is in addition to the areas mentioned above, and is not conditioned by the PDM.The land also has a well with water, a wooded area, offering multiple environments and contexts.
