It is a rectangular plot with an area of 165.80 sqm. In the approved project, in which 40% of the work has already begun, three one-bedroom houses have been considered. Two of the houses will have direct access from the street, as well as a service entrance through the kitchen, already inside the plot, on the first landing of the staircase. These are two-storey houses. Access to the third floor is via the existing stone staircase. This staircase has a landing in the middle of the plot, in order to create some relief in the building, allow for openings and increase health conditions. The upper floor, accessed by a staircase, consists of a kitchen with openings and access to the central courtyard of the plot, a bathroom accessed by a vestibule that also serves as access to the bedroom located on the south side. There is also a small attic above the vestibule, designed to reinforce the lighting and ventilation of the kitchen, and to introduce an element that breaks the height of the ceiling, creating a more human scale. The roofs will be made of wood with ceramic tiles. Grey aluminum window frames are planned. Inside, traditional coverings are planned, such as wooden floors, ceramic tiles for the wet areas and stucco for the walls and ceilings. The kitchens will be fully equipped.
