Edifício Fap, Casas de Camões, built in the twenties, was designed as a permanent residence and an automotive workshop. Property of the entrepreneur and creator of the first Portuguese sports car brand: Fap. This property features a concept by Fernando Palhinhas, hence the acronym Fap, that merges an engine and rolling chassis from two distinct automobiles, a Fiat Furgoncino, and an Adler sports car.
The building includes a residential component in the vertical structure, with four apartments and four villas in the horizontal section, intended as Local Accommodation.

This one-bedroom duplex villa, registered as a service property, can be used as Local Accommodation or as a private residence. Integrated into the project's horizontal structure and composed of four identical villas with a private terrace and gardens.
It features a reversed typology. The ground floor opens to a hall, separating the private area with a wall and providing access to the stairway to the social floor.
