A unique property in the region with around 16 hectares, several stone buildings, with a beauty and potential that is very difficult to find, without any noise, absolute silence only interrupted by the sound of water from the springs and the stream. The richness and abundance of water is impressive. As well as a stream with its source in the mountains running through the property, there are also three springs inside the property running into a large pond and a lake all year. Access by dirt track for 44 vehicles only, about 3.5km from the tarmac road. No neighbors of any kind, just fauna and flora at its best. Located in the heart of the Serra da Gardunha, with endless views, we can use a lot of words, but only by seeing and feeling can we make a better assessment. We have a mountain area with some impressive trees and rocks. Cultivated land with very fertile soil and beautiful terraces with stone walls. There are beautiful, century-old chestnut trees on the property, which in good years produce 400 to 500 kg of chestnuts.
