Land in an excellent location, between the University Campus of Ajuda (expanding), the League Foundation, the Humanitarian Association of<br />Ajuda Firefighters and the Monsanto Forest Park, further away but close enough is the Ajuda National Palace. <br /><br />The land has a configuration of about 22 m deep and 55 m usable width.
