What are the advantages of living in a shipping container house? For starters, it's earthquake-proof and lightning-proof. It is sustainable and there is very little construction waste compared to a traditional construction.

With no air conditioning/heating system installed, it has an impressive B energy certificate. For those who can't live without a split, this can be easily installed. The excellent energy certificate is due to the following:

- A double layer of rock wool on the exterior walls and a layer of rock wool on the interior walls
- A double air chamber on the exterior walls
- A 4 cm thick layer of cork on the outer wall, which requires very little long-term maintenance.
- A "green" roof for better natural passive insulation (including a 4 m2 platform that can be used as a deck/lounge area for sea and sunset views)
- A total of 7 solar panels: five are used to produce energy (2100w) and two, supported by electrical resistance, are used to heat the water coupled to a 300L tank.
- Triple-glazed windows and doors
