Urban land, intended for construction, located on Rua do Parque in Canedo.The land is classified in the P.D.M. of Santa Maria da Feira as Urban Land, Residential Space, Level III Urbanized, and has an Architectural Project for the construction of a 4 bedroom house already approved by this City Council. This project follows a modern architectural language, using the flat roof. In the choice of coating materials, the intention to cause a play of light and shadow was taken into account, also contrasting with the colors of the materials themselves. The entire interior framework of the house was studied in order to satisfy all legal distances from neighboring land with regard to the opening of openings. The harmonization with the existing houses was also the subject of study, having achieved a perfect connection between all the existing houses on the adjacent land.On the lower floor, basement, we will have a garage for four cars, a storage room, and access to the ground floor. The ceiling height of the basement is 2.70m2, and the gross construction area is 102.25 m2. On the ground floor, we will have laundry, pantry, a service toilet, common room and kitchen and access to the floor. The ceiling height is 2.60m2, 2.50m2 and 2.40m2, respectively, and the gross construction area is 154.40 m2.On the floor, we will have four bedrooms, two of them with private toilets, and a toilet that will serve the other two bedrooms, and two balconies that will serve three of the bedrooms.
