Sale of large land consisting of 4 articles (rustic buildings) totalling an area of 62,318 m2, located by the sea, with excellent panoramic views over the sea and views over the mountain of Pico. The land is located in the area of Monte, parish of Candelária, municipality of Madalena, Pico Island, and consists of a large area, intended for the cultivation of vineyards of Pico Island (composed of several stone corrals), and also has a wide strip of land composed of wooded forest. In addition to the exploitation of the vineyard, if there is interest in the construction of a single-family house, the maximum construction area in the zoning corresponding to the Pico Island Vineyard Culture Protected Landscape Area and Very High Protection Agricultural Area - Zone B (Area classified as a World Heritage Site by Unesco) is 186m2 (for the 3 plots of land identified in the plan as buildings or articles 1, 2 and 3). In the plot of land located further east, identified in the plan as building or article 4, with 4,960 m2, the maximum construction area foreseen is 149m2 (subject to approval by the Secretary of the Sea, due to the proximity of the plot in relation to the coast (sea). New constructions should only have one floor. It is also important to note that, although the total planned construction area is 186 m2 +149 m2, which is equivalent to 335 m2 in total, there may be the possibility of approving construction areas higher than the aforementioned 335 m2 if it is a construction that fits into a Project of Regional Interest (Pir).
