Quintã de Brunhais is located in Lugar do Alto de Leiradela, in Brunhais, in the Union of Parishes of
Esperança and Brunhais), in the Municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso, District of Braga.
Typical Minho property, it has a total area of about 9,500 m2, where there is a house with an implantation area of 258 m2, 2 floors and a construction area of 546 m2.

Located in Alto de Leiradela de Brunhais, at an altitude of about 340 m, on the slope of Monte do Castro, the property has an unobstructed and breathtaking view over the south bank of the river Ave and over Marouço (Serra de Fafe Basto). It is in a rural area, with green fields planted with vineyards, with vegetable gardens and grazing animals, very quiet. The property has a water spring.

The house is a typical house of a wealthy Minho farmer, with structural granite walls. It has a portal with the date 1743 engraved, when the original house is thought to have been enlarged to its current dimensions.
