This house with 600 m2 of covered area is located on a plot of land measuring 2700 m2. Built in the 1970s for the family, according to a design by architect Antnio Gomes da Costa, who worked closely with architects from the renowned Faculty of Architecture of Porto, the house is surrounded by a lush garden. The large plot of land is an asset in this area of the city, allowing for the construction of a swimming pool. Several corners give the property a special charm. It is located in a privileged area, close to the center and Guimares Castle, but maintains the privacy that protects it from the hustle and bustle of the city and tourist traffic.
