This land is located on Rua 5 de Outubro, in Avintes, about 3 km from the N222 and the access to the A20. It has an area of 694 m2 and in it there is a ground floor building with 5 divisions for industry and floor with 2 divisions for the same purpose and 6 for housing. This building, built before 1951, is in a very deficient condition. According to the information contained in the Pdm of Vila Nova de Gaia, we can insert the land in a Consolidated Urbanized Area of Houses.
