The distinctive feature of this fantastic house is the landscape extension of its land. The main entrances are towards the east to take full advantage of its potential, creating two elements that serve as contemplation sites on the hillside. The gross construction area is 329.70 m2.The housing features two distinct structures but of equal proportions. One of which [north] features the social area [garage, kitchen, and living room] and the other [south] the private area [bedrooms and sanitary facilities]. These are connected by a third perpendicular structure [entrance, office, and sanitary facilities ], completing the H shape. The result is two outdoor spaces/environments with an indoor garden ambiance, with a single open side. One of which serves as a framing space for the main entrance. The other, with incredible views of the Maro mountain range and mount Farinha [the Shrine of Our Lady of Graces of Mondim de Basto], functions as a leisure yard in the social area with the sun shining from the south.On the interior, light colors are predominant, with white carpentry and walls and large openings that favor the entrance of natural lighting.The private area consists of two suites, one with a dressing room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.The social area features a spacious living room with a movable partition separating the kitchen.Landscape oriented, facing the living room area, an infinity edge swimming pool.Through the lens of the photographer Ivo Tavares, the images recreate a genuine perception of the interior areas and all the surroundings.
