In 1988, a young couple of teachers who had not long ago started their life as a couple, decided to build their house from scratch right at the entrance to the loving village of Arcos and flanked by beautiful olive groves. Through many passionate books and memories, classes and students, Monte da Boa F emerged where the family grew up, where they lived years of good and happy relationships, where they love to be. However, the time has come to write a new chapter in your book where family ties speak louder and guide you further.The property is the first in the village (which has all the basic services and is just a few minutes from Estremoz). When we arrive there is an automatic gate and the short path takes us to the garage.With a very pleasant outdoor space, shaded by large trees including a beautiful walnut tree, the house is even more appealing with the recently built salt-treated swimming pool (3.5mx7m) to cool off on hot days, of which there are many in Alentejo. .We found other fruit trees: 1 lemon tree, 2 tangerine trees, 2 orange trees and 2 olive trees.The house:It has a living/dining room with marble floors and walls with hand-painted tiles, adorned by a pleasant fireplace. There is a direct exit from the dining area to a pleasant open balcony. There the large walnut tree beautifies and shades the environment. Also from this balcony we are oriented towards the beautiful olive grove that surrounds the property.There are 3 bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. We also find a large office, with a fireplace and an exit door to the outside, where the owner's passion reveals itself. We are surrounded by books that are not just books. They are part of their life stories. A bathroom lined with Estremoz marble supports 2 bedrooms.The kitchen has direct access to the balcony also shared by the living room.There is a large garage and on the opposite side a barbecue area.A storage space serves as a technical area.The house is supplied with mains water and can also be supplied with borehole water, with a tap for this purpose.The borehole has a license, the water is used for irrigation and in the future to level the pool. This is treated with salt.There are 2 solar panels supporting electricity consumption, which is from the grid. The house's windows and doors were replaced a few years ago and are made of aluminum, with double thermal cut glass.This village house is very well located, only 5 minutes from Estremoz and approximately 1h40 from Lisbon.We look forward to your visit.
