Located in Altura.<br />WINTER RENTALS - OCTOBER24 TO MAY25<br /> <br />Tuition 1200€ + expenses (water + electricity).<br /> <br />3 bedroom villa very well located on the seafront, 30 m from the walkway that gives direct access to Praia da Alagoa – Altura without needing a car and 200 m from the tennis and leisure court.<br />This Villa includes 3 bedrooms (a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds plus two single beds) and 1 common bathroom and on the ground floor a living and dining room, a kitchen and 1 bathroom<br />Guests can make use of the garden and space for dining outside with barbecue and barbecues, outdoor shower, 2 parking spaces.<br />This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation.<br /><br />This house, despite having a closed garage, is not available for guest use. Parking spaces are located in the villa's garden.<br /> <br />Equipment<br /> <br />The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and all the necessary equipment for meals.<br /> <br />This villa provides towels and bed linen.<br /> <br />Sleeps 8 Adults <br /> <br />Security Deposit<br /> <br />We request the payment of €1200 security deposit, this amount must be paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before Check-In and will be refunded until the 7th day after Check-Out if the property and equipment are as they were delivered to guests. At Check-In, you will be asked and will be required to provide proof of transfer of the security deposit.
