Property with a total area of 906,500m2, of which about 550,000m2 are occupied by marine cultures, suitable for aquaculture, fish farming, salt culture and salicornia culture. Located between Vila de Alcochete and the River das Enguias, which defines the boundary between the Districts of Setúbal and Santarém, and 8 km from the Vasco da Gama Bridge.

The space has several buildings to support the activity, namely a Warehouse with about 3,000m2, a medium-sized building and 6 small buildings, located according to the needs of the activity.

This property provides an infrastructure for the salt industry (tejos, dikes, floodgates, monks, etc.) to transform this deactivated facility into production units with lower environmental impacts.
