The unique location between Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon makes your stay an unforgettable experience. The famous Guincho beach is only a few minutes away. <br /><br />Hiking, surfing, cycling, city tours or simply relaxing by the pool: In your cosy little studio-apartment you can enjoy all this in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. The flat is located in the souterrain of a new and modern building, has natural daylight and an own front door. <br /><br />The flat is equipped with: <br /><br />- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker, sink, microwave)<br />- Comfortable bed, which can be used as a sofa or as a double bed. <br />- Bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilet<br />- Own entrance door, entrance hall with wardrobe<br />- Washing machine and a dryer (located in the basement) <br />- Iron, ironing board and clothesline<br />- Pool (shared)<br />- Little private garden<br /><br />Enjoy a coffee in your little private garden under the Olive tree or at the pool. <br /><br />The bus stop to Sintra and Cascais is right outside the front door. The famous Guincho beach has a walking distance of 25 minutes (or 10 minutes by bike). <br /><br />The bus stop directly in front of the house offers you a bus connection to Cascais (10 minutes). In Cascais you can easily take the train to Lisbon (35 minutes).
