With several swimming pools, gardens and an 18-hole golf course just a few minutes away. It is the perfect base for your holidays, both summer and winter.<br /><br />Please note that the pool is not fenced and children must be supervised at all times.<br /><br />The apartment has a bright and spacious south facing open plan living room with a teak kitchen, fully equipped with all the amenities. The living room opens onto the large balcony and here you will find a comfortable outdoor seating area and an outdoor dining table for 4 people - perfect for our warm Algarve nights!<br /><br />The first bedroom is the red room: it also opens onto the large balcony, has two single beds, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Opposite this room is the shared bathroom with bathtub.<br /><br />The main bedroom is the blue room: with a large king size bed (180cm X 200cm), it has air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with bathtub.<br /><br />The tenant will also find all beds made, as well as bath and face towels for each guest. They also have a change of towels and sheets at their disposal so they can manage their washing and changing clothes needs.<br /><br />The 1 or 3 month rental always includes a complete cleaning of the apartment every 15 days. On cleaning day, the tenant must have available and washed sets of sheets so that the beds can be made.<br /><br />We care about the planet and we want our guests to help us in this regard by reducing excessive use of water and air conditioning.
