It is situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator.<br /><br />➔ Bedrooms<br />The apartment features two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. One is a suite with a double bed and TV, and the other has two single beds.<br /><br />➔ Bathrooms<br />There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One is an ensuite with a shower, and the other has a bathtub.<br /><br />➔ Living Room<br />The bright living room, which opens onto an inviting balcony with a dining table, offers a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and a fireplace.<br /><br />➔ Kitchen<br />The kitchen, connected to the living room by a counter, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included).<br /><br />➔ Pools<br />Four pools are available for your use (including for the little ones!), with sun loungers, restrooms, a snack bar, or restaurant.<br /><br />➔ Playground and Mini-Golf<br />Have fun with your family and create lasting memories - a playground with ample grassy space for the little ones' delights, and mini-golf (subject to an additional cost).<br /><br />➔ Gym<br />Don't break your exercise routine, make use of the resort's gym space, which has all the necessary basic equipment.<br /><br /><br />Additional information:<br /><br />￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.<br />￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.<br />￫ Check-out must be done until 10am. <br />￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.<br />￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.<br />￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.<br />￫ Night time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.<br />￫ The Resort has access control to the facilities.
