Fantastic beach apartment in a centrally and very quiet area. <br />While enjoying a meal on its generous exclusive terrace you will enjoy beautiful panoramic views and a magnificent sunset over Albufeira.<br />If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and private stay, this is definitely the right choice!<br /><br />Albufeira's old centre is within walking distance: <br />- 200 m from the central square, historic area, restaurants and bars<br />- 400 m from Peneco and Pescadores beach<br />Here you will find everything you need whether you visit us on holiday or on a business trip, whether for short or long stays, whether in the intense summer season or in the more serene winter.<br /><br />LOCAL AREA<br />In addition to its privileged location and excellent exposure to the sun, so that you can make the most of the Algarve climate, you can also count on all the indispensable amenities and services: <br />- Restaurants: 200 metres<br />- Bars and night life: 200 metres<br />- Various shops: 200 metres <br />- Mini Market: 250 metres <br />- Supermarkets: Aldi at 750 metres, Lidl at 800 metres<br /><br />PARKING<br />The external access to the building is via a steep street, and with stairs. <br />It is not advisable for elderly people with reduced mobility or very small children, or with baby prams.<br />Due to our central location you will be able to walk to many places.<br />If you have a vehicle, parking will not be a headache, as you can park for free on the public street next to the Apartment Building.<br /><br />LOCATION<br />The location of this flat is splendid, as it is a few steps from the central and historical area of Albufeira, and close to the beaches, restaurants and all services, and all the nightlife.<br />It is only 200 metres to the Main Central Square of Albufeira, where you will find all services, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks...<br />At about 400 metres you have Praia do Peneco and dos Pescadores beach, the best known beach in Albufeira. <br />You can park your car for free on the street outside the building.<br /><br />SELF CHECK-IN / SELF CHECK-OUT<br />Here you will have an unforgettable, quiet and comfortable stay. <br />After the guest sends us their details, we provide a Guest App with all the information about the self check-in / self check-out, as well as many other useful information about the region.<br />During your stay we will always be available and contactable for any questions or additional requests. We will be happy to receive you!<br /><br />CLEANING<br />Extra and reinforced care in the cleaning and disinfection processes in order to guarantee the safety of our guests.<br />If our guests wish, and for stays of more than one week, we offer an intermediate cleaning service for 59€, which includes a change of linen and bath, and a cleaning of the space.<br />The cleaning is done in accordance with the rules of the Directorate General of Health, and in summary:<br /><br />- The clothes are washed at the highest possible temperature using (delicate) bleach to treat them.<br /><br />- Between the laundry and the flat, the clothes are transported in a waterproof bag, which is only opened after the space has been cleaned and disinfected.<br /><br />- Our employees wear disposable protective gear during cleaning.<br /><br />- We use specific products for the different areas of the flat. Specifically, the bathroom is cleaned with a chlorine-based product and then with an alcohol-based disinfectant.<br /><br />- Surfaces and fabrics are disinfected at the end with a 70% alcohol-based product, including handles, switches, worktops, tables and chairs, among others.
