The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short- and long-term vacation in any season.<br /> The brand new fully furnished cozy studio apartment is a modern, designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 35 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 4 people.<br /> The configuration of apartments is as follows: studio with a full-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables; a large 1 sofa - bed, Smart TV LED - 40'' (YouTube, Netflix and 160 satellite channels for our guests), a bathroom with a shower cabin, a fully equipped kitchen and sunny panoramic terrace with dining tables and comfortable chairs.<br /> Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
