On the ground floor, the corridor also leads to this patio, which constitutes a very pleasant relaxation space on two levels, with different atmospheres, where there are several trees and the swimming pool of 12m X 5m with a reduced depth area and an outdoor shower. On the opposite side of the main building, there is a car access gate, which allows people with reduced mobility to park inside the residence, right in front of the apartments. There is also a ramp to access the ground floor suites. To the left of the gate there is a studio with kitchenette, small office space and bathroom. We then pass by the men's and women's toilets, for the guests who are enjoying the swimming pool, then the small covered outdoor lounge where they can have a drink in the shade, to finish at the equipment storage room where the swimming pool machinery is located. To the right of the gate, we successively find three apartments with large, fully equipped kitchens opening onto the living room: two T2 and one studio, the latter having a bathtub in addition to the shower. The residence is fully equipped with air conditioning and double-glazed tilting windows. There are three 500 liters heat pumps and a hot water cylinder in each apartment. The installed of 25 solar panels has been planned on the roof. The residence is sold with all furniture, linen, crockery and equipment as well as the company that is managing it.
