Details:- This residence, remodeled from a century-old house, opened its doors to the public in September 2022, and had a very good occupancy rate in the year 2023. It is located in a charming village surrounded by unspoiled nature in the Alentejo countryside, close to the largest artificial dam in Europe: the Alqueva.

We entered the two-story main building through an old cobblestone street. To the left of the entrance hall is the reception, equipped with a bathroom with shower; On the right is the floating staircase leading to the 1st floor. In front of the entrance, a long corridor leads to:
- On the left: a toilet, 3 suites accessible to people with reduced mobility and a large lounge with a fireplace, open to a terrace.
- On the right: first the kitchen door and the servants' dressing room. Then there is a room with a breakfast buffet, connected by a few steps to a larger room with panoramic windows that give access to another terrace. At the entrance, there is the door of a large laundry room where all the bed linen is cleaned and stored.
On the 1st floor, a corridor gives access: on the left, to 5 suites; and on the right, the 1 more spacious suite and the 1 duplex with another double bed on the mezzanine. At the end of the corridor, a door opens to the smoking area, above a staircase that gives access to the courtyard of the residence in Portuguese cobblestone.

On the ground floor, the corridor also gives access to this patio, a very pleasant relaxation area on two levels, with several leisure environments, where there are trees and a 12m X 5m swimming pool with a shallow area and an outdoor shower. On the opposite side of the main building, there is a car access gate, allowing guests with reduced mobility to park inside the residence, right in front of the apartments. There is also an access ramp to the suites on the ground floor.
To the left of the gate is a studio with kitchenette, small office area and bathroom. We then went through the men's and women's bathrooms, for pool guests; then by a small covered outdoor lounge where guests can have a drink in the shade; and, finally, by the storage room where the pool machinery is located.
To the right of the gate, we find three apartments with large kitchens open to the living rooms: two T2 and a studio, the latter with a bathtub in addition to the shower.

The residence is fully equipped with air conditioning and double-glazed swing-and-turn windows. There are three 500-litre heat pumps and a water heater in each apartment. It is planned to install 25 solar panels on the roof.
The residence is sold with all furniture, bed linen, crockery and equipment; as well as the company that manages it.
