Excellent location, between the Ajuda University Pole (expanding), the Liga Foundation, the Humanitarian Association of Ajuda Firefighters and the Monsanto Forest Park. Further away but close enough is the Ajuda National Palace. The site has a configuration of about 22 m deep and 55 m wide usable. In view of the other conditions and limitations contained in articles 49, 53, 54 and 55 of the Regulation of the Municipal Master Plan of Lisbon, the possibility of constructing a residential building with five floors, a front of about 50 meters and a depth of 15 meters is considered, leaving the remainder of the lot as a patio. This perspective of construction is in accordance with the indication inserted in article 54 of the Pdm Regulation, in paragraph c) of its point 2), that the maximum Iub (Gross Use Index) is 2 m2/m2, which would give the total 2,000 meters of land a housing occupation of ± 4,000 m2
