Land in an excellent location, between the University Campus of Ajuda (expanding), the League Foundation, the Humanitarian Association of
Ajuda Firefighters and the Monsanto Forest Park, further away but close enough is the Ajuda National Palace. 

The land has a configuration of about 22 m deep and 55 m usable width. In view of the other conditions and limitations contained in articles 49, 53, 54 and 55 of the Regulation of the Lisbon Municipal Master Plan, the possibility of constructing a residential building with five floors, a front of about 50 meters and a depth of 15 meters is considered, with the remainder of the lot remaining as a patio.
