New industrial establishments, of any type, are allowed, in accordance with the legislation in force;

The installation of support equipment is allowed, provided that safety conditions are safeguarded, according to specific legislation in force;

Projects for the implementation of hotel establishments must duly safeguard tourist enterprises from the harmful effects resulting from activities permitted in this space, referring to noise and pollution.


 

In these spaces, the new building and the expansion works of existing buildings must comply with the following parameters:


The landscape integration has to be respected, as well as the morphological conditions of the terrain, and it is mandatory to proceed with the treatment of outdoor spaces;
